In this campaign, Stark Media executed two distinct marketing initiatives simultaneously each tailored to a unique objective and audience.

Create two initiatives within one marketing campaign to create multiple forms of engagement.

GOAL

Use E-Commerice campaign to focus on driving traffic to the brand’s website, and use the In-Café campaign to increase foot traffic to physical store locations. 

Results

Though direct sales data was unavailable, platform performance metrics provided strong indicators of success across both channels.

  • 22% increase in clicks, signaling stronger audience engagement.

  • 24% reduction in Cost Per Click (CPC), improving budget efficiency.

  • Click-Through Rate (CTR) rose to 4%, reflecting more compelling ad creative and targeting.

  • Promoted Flavor of the Month coffee blends consistently sold out by mid-month, and the budget was reallocated towards other promotions.
