Founded in 2019 by Mark Pajewski, Stark Media Planning was created to redefine the agency-client relationship. After years in large agencies, Mark set out to build a firm that acts as a true extension of its clients’ teams, delivering data-driven strategies focused on long-term growth.

After more than 20 years at leading New York agencies, Mark founded Stark Media to deliver a process-driven approach to media planning focused on performance and efficiency. With experience developing cross-platform strategies across diverse industries—including both paid and donated media for nonprofits—he brings a unique dual perspective to every engagement. Mark is a trusted strategic advisor known for optimizing communication channels to maximize brand impact and client investment.

Our campaigns drive maximum response from media channels including television (linear and OTT), digital (display, OLV, native), radio (terrestrial and streaming), out of home (direct and programmatic), paid search and paid social.

Donna is a seasoned agency professional with 25+ years of experience developing strategic marketing solutions for public health, pharmaceutical, retail, luxury, and CPG brands. She drives brand growth through insight-led strategies that increase awareness and sales, leveraging deep expertise in consumer research to craft targeted campaigns. Donna has led integrated local and national media efforts across digital and television, delivering impactful, multi-platform results.

George is skilled in strategic execution, team leadership, and B2B and B2C marketing, holds a BBA from Pace University, and is certified in Google Ads Display, Search, Shopping, and Video.
